Call the Museum at (503) 623-6251 to schedule a 2nd or 4th Saturday interview. Download the Volunteer Application Form through the link below, fill it out and bring it in with you or fill it out online and attach to an email to pchsoregon@gmail.com. This is a two-page form that requires a signature on the second page.
